Refund & cancellation

Cancellation and Refund- Gift orders once placed generally cannot be cancelled but any changes in the same must be notified by the customer/sender before 12 working hours from the time of delivery of the order. Giftsendtokolkata / E-SOL will cancel the order full or partly as per request of the customer. After Cancellation of Order customers will receive the amount in their bank or credit card account with 5-7 days as per bank norms.
