All the items are delivered by our staff directly in Kolkata and surroundings within 50KM

6. How can I help to ensure my delivery is made on time?

Please fill in the Recipients Name and full Address along with the PIN code and Telephone Number to ensure proper and timely delivery. Order of same company Products will be accelerated your delivery.

7. Do you take an acknowledgement for every delivery ?

We send an email to the sender after delivery.

8. How can I order? Is it safe to purchase using credit card ?

To ensure the safety of your credit card information, the details are processed by CCAvenue, our authorized online retailer, using SSL encryption on their servers. The details of your credit card never come to us. Thus you may order only via the website.

9. How do I make the payment ?

Our authorized online retailer, CCAvenue accepts -

  • Indian Customers can also pay through their Indian Bank Accounts.

10. How much time do you take to deliver after the payment has been made ?

We normally allow ourselves 48-72 hours for delivery. Order of Same type & Same company products will be accelerated your delivery.

11. What if I have to cancel my order ?

You can change/cancel your order or request for a message/address change before 12 hours from the delivery time. we can only replace it with an item in the same price category. In case of cancellation or refund we will cancel the order and you will get refund the amount in your bank or credit card account within 5-7 days as per bank norms.

12. What are your charges ?

The rates displayed along with each product are their prices. These are all inclusive charges. Giftsendtokolkata reserves the right to change prices or reject any order without any explanation. However price changes will not affect existing orders.

13. What if the delivery is not done or is late ?

Prompt delivery of your gifts is our prime concern and we are confident of providing timely delivery. However any delayed or early delivery for whatever reason(s) shall not entitle the user for any damages from us. In case of non-delivery, under unavoidable circumstances, we shall refund you the money as early as possible.

14. Can the order given be changed ?

The order can be changed only if it is intimated to us before 12 hours from the delivery time. Processing of all orders starts at 10.00 am IST and almost all the gifts are delivered/shipped the same day. You cannot change the order value, you can only replace it with an item in the same price category.

15. Can I send some message along with the gift ?

Yes, you can send message along with your gifts. Just type in your message in the Notes box in the order form. Your message will be sent along with the gift.

Please use the "Instruction" section of the order form for specific Date and Message

16. Can the recipient send me a return message?

We do more than that. Your loved one can write out a message for you when the gift is delivered. This information is emailed to you.

17. What if I have to cancel my order ?

18. What if the recipient's address is wrong or the recipient no longer stays there ?

We will inform you of such an eventuality. You can inform us to change the receiver's address within 5 days of receiving our message else your order will be cancelled and we will refund the amount in your bank or credit card account within next few days as per bank norms.

19. I enter the order, what happens then ? How does the process go ?

As soon as you enter the order successfully, a message is sent to us, at Kolkata , India. We start processing all orders at 10.00 am IST and make sure that the delivery is made the same day. In the events of the recipient not currently available or neighbors not accepting the gifts on behalf of the recipient, we will try to deliver it the next day by leaving a note for the recipient to contact our local office. Upon further delay, we will inform you to confirm the address / availability of the recipient. All deliveries are acknowledged by the signature of the receiver and an e-mail is sent to you if there is a return message, after the delivery is complete. This ends the gift process.

20. Are there any other considerations before I place my order ?

Although we deliver the gifts as fast as possible with extreme reliability, as far as possible, avoid sending delicate or perishable items like flowers or cakes to very remote areas.
