2. How can I order? Is it safe to purchase using credit card ?

To ensure the safety of your credit card information, the details are processed by, our authorized online retailer (Payment gateway), using SSL encryption on their servers. The details of your credit card never come to us. Thus you may order only via their website.

3. How do I make the payment ?

Our authorized online retailer(payment gateway) accepts -

• Accept payments from ATM cum Debit Cardholders
• Indian Customers can also pay through their Indian Bank Accounts.

4. How much time do you take to deliver after the payment has been made ?

We normally allow ourselves 48-72 hours for delivery. Order of Same type & Same company products will be accelerated your delivery.

5. What if I have to cancel my order ?

You can change/cancel your order or request for a message/address change before 12 hours from the delivery time. we can only replace it with an item in the same price category. In case of cancellation or refund we will cancel the order and you will get refund the amount in your bank or credit card account within 5-7 days as per bank norms.

6. Can the order given be changed?

The order can be changed only if it is intimated to us before 12 hours from the delivery time. Processing of all orders starts at 10.00 am IST and almost all the gifts are delivered/shipped the same day. You cannot change the order value, you can only replace it with an item in the same price category.

7. What if the recipient's Phone number is wrong ?

We will inform you of such an eventuality. You can inform us to change the receiver's phone number within 5 days of receiving our message else your order will be cancelled and we will refund the amount in your bank or credit card account within next 5-7 days as per bank norms.
